1. Delivery Time
Unless a different delivery time is specified in the item description, delivery within Germany takes 1–3 business days, and international delivery takes 2–5 business days after your payment obligation has been fulfilled.

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping within Germany
The flat-rate shipping fee for standard deliveries within Germany starts at €5.90.

For orders with a gross merchandise value of €50.00 or more, shipping within Germany is free of charge.

Shipping to Other EU Countries (excluding Germany)
Flat-rate shipping fee: €12.50 for standard deliveries.

Shipping to Switzerland
Shipping to Switzerland is only possible by prior arrangement. Please contact us directly to arrange this.
